Do you enjoy drinking a glass of milk, or pour it over a bowl of cereal to kick start your day?
If so, you’re a target of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).
PETA is notorious for misleading and deceiving individuals, soliciting money to kill 95% of dogs and cats in their care, and in return, spending money on billboards to spread their radical agenda.
Billboards must be effective, since PETA continues to use them.
During Thanksgiving last year, their billboards equated eating a turkey to eating your family dog. They tried to run commercials showing a child lashing out at their family for placing turkey on the dinner table.
This time, PETA’s billboards are just blocks from a Kansas City high school:
Got Zits? Really.
This all may seem ridiculous and nothing to even worry about, but without a doubt, we know some innocent teenager will see that sign, look at their face in a mirror and simply wonder, “If I stopped drinking milk, will these go away?”
You don’t have to see the small tagline, “Go Vegan – PETA” for their message to penetrate effectively.
Didn’t the majority of us growing up during adolescence develop acne in some way?
Simple questions lead to simple answers.
Here’s one for PETA, ‘Got Smarts?’
Recent studies in the International Dairy Journal show drinking milk leads to positive impacts on brain and mental performance.
“Researchers found that adults with higher intakes of milk and milk products scored significantly higher on memory and other brain function tests than those who drank little to no milk.”
And that’s not all. Research also shows drinking milk has dietary advantages, develops strong bone growth, and even protects against cancer, just to name a few.
Moral of this Story – Drink Milk.
Unlike PETA, these dairy farmers will answer your questions and share real life experiences using scientific and expert knowledge.
