Booker T Washington Was Right About Agriculture

No Race Can Prosper Until It Learns There is as Much Dignity in Tilling a Field as in Writing a Poem – Booker T. Washington

This is a lesson the New York Times certainly needs to learn. Have you seen their Opinion video with Senator Cory Booker titled, “Meet the People Getting Paid to Kill Our Planet”? It is clearly a propaganda hit piece that portrays a horrible and blatantly false picture about agriculture, farming families, and makes us wonder where the video producers and Cory Booker himself obtain the food they eat. The video even makes restaurants look bad – ironically, hospitality and dining is a huge part of the economy in New York City.

It is important to know that there are special interest groups (NGOs) that are pushing this narrative. These special interest groups have evolved into a wealthy and well-organized movement that is determined to change our way of life.

Senator Cory Booker is an animal extremist who practices veganism and is also an Humane Society of the United States “award winner” .

Animal and environmental extremist groups like the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and the Humane Society Legislative Fund (HSLF), and many others are aiming to control agriculture, land, and water use, and eliminate human-animal interaction as well as hunting and fishing. Their approach is to change the face of our nation by incrementally influencing public opinion with misinformation, and funding and marketing legislation and regulations to suit their agenda. Unfortunately, these groups have a huge budget in which to do it. They dupe people into donating money to “save shelter animals” when in fact, most of these groups do not own or operate shelters.

The ASPCA has been recently running ads begging for “3,000 more donors” to “save animals” meanwhile they were just exposed for stashing $12,000,000 in offshore accounts. The HSUS has $70,000,000 in offshore accounts and has a “D” rating from Charity Watch.

If these NGOs continue to make progress toward their goals the end result is an America that is less free and less prosperous. We risk the elimination of animal ownership and human-animal interaction as well as our ability to provide affordable food for our families and the ability to enjoy traditional pastimes.

Our Mission

At Protect The Harvest, our mission is to inform, protect and respond to threats like this that have an impact on our way of life. We work with team members and volunteers who help us to inform the public and provide factual information to counter these attacks on our American culture and way of life. Recently, we have been concerned about throttling and censorship on social outlets which is a main way we reach our audience. We reached over 22 million people last year on social outlets alone.
