Chezem, of Counsel, Foley, Peden and Wisco and Adjunct Professor, Indiana University School of Medicine is a trucking industry expert and maintains that the economic fallout for rural communities and small businesses would be catastrophic to the economy and is a compelling reason to delay the ELD mandate.
