HAPPY NATIONAL AG DAY 2015!
All of us at Protect The Harvest would like to wish all of you celebrating National Agriculture Day the best and thank all those involved in contributing to agriculture, cultivating the Earth, and putting safe, nutritious food on our families' tables!
Your hard work and dedication to the industry that you love is inspiring and we want you to know that while many out there may feel a disconnect with farm life, there are still an overwhelming percentage of Americans who appreciate everything that you do. The ability to remain enthusiastic and diligent day after day - in spite of harsh weather, equipment issues, technology adaptations, outside threats from agriculture opponents, and a growing population with increasingly complex demands - is a lesson we all can apply in our daily lives when we approach difficulties.
You are stewards of the land, caretakers of the ground, and the air around you. You have early mornings and late nights. You strive for the highest quality in your work, even when you're tired or facing hardships. For these reasons and many more, we celebrate you and your work.
National Ag Day began in 1973 as a way to increase the public's awareness of agriculture's vital role in our society and celebrate the abundance provided by agriculture.
