HUNTING SHOWS: GOOD FOR FAMILIES, HUNTING, AND WILDLIFE
One thing that the avid hunter loves, is watching professionals at work. There is nothing like the rush of taking down a buck yourself, but watching the masters at work is a close second.
Today we are going to take a look at some of our favorite hunting shows and how they promote tradition, families, and wildlife. Crush with Lee & Tiffany Together, Lee and Tiffany Lakosky and their two dogs are avid hunters. On their two farms in Iowa, where they carefully manage wildlife populations, they host their show Crush with Lee & Tiffany. It is an on the edge, action-packed series of 100% fair chase hunting. With blood, sweat, tears, and dedication, they have appropriately managed their herds of white-tailed deer and have created the ideal hunting areas. They previously hosted a show called Getting’ Close. Although it was a large hit itself, they modernized their show and created the current program.
It is the ideal hunting show for both a large demographic and sponsors who are looking to promote their brand to the hunting community. Overall it is a great viewing experience that takes you from your living room to the backwoods of Iowa country, where you traverse the landscape and down big bucks without the safety of big fences. This is unquestionably a show that revolutionized outdoor television. It is a competition where teams of two hunters compete against each other at various competitions. A panel of leaders in hunting will choose the winners, and they walk away with real prizes and money. They take you on ‘heart-pounding’ hunts, and include real-life drama that creates the tension needed in a competition series. The six separate challenges let these hunters prove their superiority, and give viewers the time to choose a favorite, show their support, and root for their champion.
In their ninth season, they have created a ‘dream season’ made of entirely past contestants. Join them on the roller-coaster of guts and glory that is hunting competition. Bow Madness They have now reached season 8 of the hit show Bow Madness, which they have themed “New Blood, New Beginnings.” Drury Outdoors has taken the series to a whole new level as they dive further into the drama of each hunting story. As a show, it is up to our standards of action packed drama and tension that makes good shows great.
Each of these shows, though, has something in common: the love of hunting shared by the cast and viewers that brings the hunting community together. These are just a few of the many shows out there that provide a great example for sportsmen around the country and give publicity to the positive aspects of hunting. It could never be as good as being on the hunt ourselves, but viewers everywhere appreciate these shows as a way to bring their families together, demonstrate products that they might want to use, and promote the sport across the nation. We support these shows and the hundreds of others that are played on the screens of drama-loving sportsmen each year. Keep making us proud, keep hunting, and keep living the American dream.
